Parent Support
Are you feeling confused, frustrated, or completely baffled by your child’s behaviour?
Struggling to make sense of big emotions and overwhelming outbursts?
Wishing you felt more confident, connected, and supported as a parent?
Parent Support
You don't have to navigate the challenges of parenting alone.
Parenting can feel overwhelming, frustrating, and exhausting at times — and no family should have to navigate it alone. At GROW Health & Therapy Hub, we offer supportive, parent-focused services designed to walk alongside families through the challenges of raising children.
Our approach creates a nurturing, compassionate space where parents can openly share what they’re experiencing — whether that’s navigating challenging behaviours, understanding big emotions, or managing the everyday pressures of family life. Support is always offered without judgement, with care, understanding, and respect for each family’s unique journey.
Through practical guidance, emotional support, and evidence-informed strategies, we aim to empower parents with the tools and confidence they need to create a positive, nurturing environment where their whole family can grow and thrive.

Approach
My approach is evidence-based and grounded in attachment, neuroscience and an understanding of the nervous and sensory systems. I understand both the beautiful highs of parenting and the heartbreaking lows. I also know that this rollercoaster steadies when we have the right support in place. If you’re seeking parenting support, I welcome you to show up exactly as you are.
